Zumbini, LLC Return Policy

By purchasing any merchandise on zumbini.com you hereby agree to the terms of this return policy.
Zumbini accepts returns of any defective merchandise sold through its website located at zumbini.com, and will reimburse the merchandise purchase price and the cost to ship the defective product to Zumbini, if all of the conditions set forth in this policy are met (“Defective Merchandise Refund”). Zumbini will accept returns of non-defective merchandise and will reimburse the merchandise purchase price only (i.e., no refunds will be provided for any expenses incurred to ship the non-defective merchandise back to Zumbini), if all of the conditions set forth in this policy are met (“Non-Defective Merchandise Refund”). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for any returned merchandise, whether defective or non-defective.
To qualify for a Defective Merchandise Refund, the merchandise must meet the General Merchandise Return Conditions (as that term is defined hereinbelow) and be returned to Zumbini in a package postmarked and mailed within thirty (30) days of the original order delivery date. A detailed explanation of the alleged defect(s) in the merchandise must be sent to Zumbini along with the merchandise. Upon receiving the allegedly defective merchandise, Zumbini will inspect the merchandise to determine whether a Defective Merchandise Refund is warranted. To qualify for a Non-Defective Merchandise Refund, the merchandise must meet the General Merchandise Return Conditions (as that term is defined below) and be returned to Zumbini in a package postmarked and mailed within thirty (30) days of the original order delivery date.
For the purposes of this Return Policy, General Merchandise Return Conditions means the following: whether a Defective Merchandise Refund or Non-Defective Merchandise Refund is sought, the following conditions must be met: (i) the merchandise had to be purchased directly by the returning party from zumbini.com; (ii) no bundled merchandise can be returned unless all of the original contents of the bundle are returned in the original packaging; and (iii) for all other purchases, the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of use, hair, deodorant, makeup, distinctive smells, etc. As noted above, merchandise returned due to a possible defect is subject to review and verification by Zumbini. If the returned merchandise does not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria or is determined to not be defective by Zumbini, it is not eligible for a refund. Zumbini reserves the right to limit returns and is not responsible for any return packages not received.
If the order was purchased using a credit card, debit card, or Paypal acccount, a refund will be issued to the credit card, debit card, or Paypal account used for that particular purchase. In the event the credit card, debit card, or Paypal account used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of refund or a refund cannot be applied to the payment method used for your purchase, a check in the amount of the refund will be mailed to the billing address provided for the purchase. Zumbini will use commercially reasonable efforts to process all refunds within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the returned merchandise.
If the returned merchandise is deemed to not meet the criteria mentioned hereinabove, you will be contacted via email within thirty (30) days of Zumbini’s receipt of the return. At which time, you will have the option to pay $8.50 USD (this amount is the standard rate and may change) for the shipping cost to mail the item(s) back or forfeit the item(s). Instructions will be provided in the email on how to pay the shipping cost. After thirty (30) days of no response to our initial email, the return will be automatically deemed as forfeited. Packages will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order unless otherwise provided. It is your responsibility to be available for receipt of the returned package. In the event you are not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
